  1. For fondue sauce /Dip put butter and oil in a pan then add besan and roast till then add milk and boil it then add 1 cube grated cheese and salt, ginger paste,chilli chopped and simmer till thick.lastely while serving sprinkle 1 cube grated cheese,chilli flakes and coriander leaves.
  2. Outer layer for vada - in besan add water and make a batter then add chopped coriander leaves,ginger and chilli and curry leaves and black pepper coasely grounded and salt and mix it add pinch of soda and lukewarm oil and mix it properly
  3. For stuffing- boil and mashed potatoes then do tadka with rai,jeera,coriander seeds,pinch hing,ginger,chilli,curry leaves and black pepper coarsely grounded and turmeric and saute it.then add this tadka to smashed potato and add salt to taste and make vada then vada dipped into batter and deep fried it
  4. For chutney - plain bhaiya from besan batter,red chilli powder,salt little,ginger crushed it make sukha chutney
  5. Nw serve sauce in fondue pot,light the candles and serve accomlishment with cucumber,pav roasted,mini vada marbles etc etc….
