  5. At this point, you can either put the mixture in the oven (if you have an ovenproof pan) or continue cooking it on the stove. If you choose the latter, cover the pan with a lid so you won't need to flip the fritatta
  6. Scatter diced cheese on top and let it melt while the fritatta cooks (mine took roughly 15min) over low heat (your lowest setting)
  7. Then simply serve warm or cold. Enjoy :)
