- preheat oven to 350°F
- in a bowl mix progresso roasted garlic dinner starter with frozen peas and carrots, salt and pepper.
- chop celery and add it to the above mixture
- pour contents of bowl into a baking dish and arrange tater tots in a single layer on top of the veggies. season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
- bake uncovered for about 30 minutes and top of tots is crispy. sprinkle cheese and continue baking till melty.
- when done take out of oven and enjoy!
I also added some Lawry's seasoned salt and a touch of cayenne pepper. Also I didn't have potatoe soup and used mushroom just as good, plus added a little can of chopped mushrooms to the vegetable mis.
