- Take a heavy bottom vessel. Pour milk in it boil the milk for 8-10 mins. Now add sugar and stir constantly.in another cup take a little milk and mix custard powder. Mix well and add into the boiling milk, again boil 3-4 mins. Cool completely. Keep it in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours.
- Boil vermicelli and drain excess water and pour ice-cold water in it.
- Soak chia seeds in cold water for half an hour, chop dry fruits and take rose syrup and tutti frutti.
- Take a big glass, add vermicelli, then soak chia seed,and then rose syrup.now add custard milk in it. Add chopped mix dry fruits and trutifruti.again pour vermicelli, chia seeds, rose syrup and custard milk.put American nuts ice-cream in it. Garnish with dry fruits and tutti frutti. Put a big cherry in middle.
- Decorate with fresh rose petals and chocolate sticks.
