Steps to make Falooda:
  1. Heat milk in a pan for 10-15 minutes on medium flame…or till it is a little bit thick switch off the gas add 2 tablespoons of roohafhza and 2 tablespoons of sugar and keep it in the refrigerator. Let it cool for 1-2 hours
  2. For Falooda in a glass first, add strawberry jelly layer then add boiled sewai then basil seeds then add roohafhza milk that we have made then add scoops of ice cream and garnish it with roohafhza and tutti fruity
  3. Serve chilled.
