- Take a heavy bottom pan. Flame on add milk bring a Boil. Then simmer and cook till milk into half and thicken, Now add milk powder mix well.
- Now add 1/2 cup sugar and cardamom powder cook till sugar dissolves. Flame off. Add dryfruits Keep aside and cool down it at room temperature.
- Pour this mixture into the container and refrigerate for 7-8 hours.
- Then cut into the piece and serve with Pista Falooda.
- (For Pista Falooda):- Take a handful vermicelli, boil milk add into it. Cook until soft. Add pista powder, chopped pista, 1/2 cup sugar, cardamom powder, pinch of green food colour mix well Cook until milk little thicken.
- Take a small bowl add chia seeds soaked in a water for 10 minutes and add into cooked pista vermicelli mix well and Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Ready to Serve Kulfi with Pista Falooda.
You can also top this dessert with syrups like rose, khus, etc. Set it in fun molds to make it exciting for kids. Traditionally kulfi is frozen in a clay pot (matka) filled with ice. In North India kulfi is served with Falooda. Falooda is special vermicelli made with sabudana/ sago.
