- Now add 1/2 cup sugar cook till sugar dissolves. Add rose water, flame off. Keep aside and cool down it at room temperature.
- Pour this mixture into the kulfi mould and freeze for 8 hours.
- (For Rose Falooda):- Take a handful vermicelli, boil milk add into it. Cook until soft. Add rose syrup, sugar, Cook until milk little thicken.
- Take a small bowl add chia seeds soaked in a water for 10 minutes and add into cooked rose vermicelli mix well and Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Ready to Serve Kulfi with Rose Falooda.
